"We had two regs serviced by the shop. By dive eight after servicing both regulators had issues. The response from the shop is "we used the correct parts and procedures", so if you have a reg serviced I guess you should expect it to fail within eight dives when they do it correctly. Shoddy at best in this case and well it is your life support equipment. Be warned customer service is lacking and of course they couldn’t make a mistake."
"Rick is knowledgeable and professional. This is a small shop in a small town, so they don't have everything right there, but they can get it for you. Face it, small shops buy in smaller quantity and have to charge a little more, but they are worth it."
