They are great at selling boats however customer service needs allot of work."

"Bought a 1 year old Shearwater. Have been trying for months to get the warranty transferred but forget about getting call backs etc. Boat takes on water while sitting constantly, cannot get a straight answer from them as to why. Stereo delaminating, their advice, contact JL Audio, who can't honor a warranty without a receipt. Nice boat but terrible company to deal with. BEWARE"

"Unfortunately the customer service is pretty bad... they do make a great boat just the guy is very unhelpful! As a person who owns over 5 companies I can understand many reasons but as you can read the reviews same story over and over! He’s a 70 year old man that just doesn’t understand today’s times nor does he care about making a warranty issue correct!! Beats around the bush!! Great boat, great ride, company needs to fix a few minor key items and stand behind their product a bit more!"
