Avis Car Rental

"Had a rental for Feb1 -Feb7...had to return the car on Feb6 I Requested the cost of one day $$$ to my credit card. Avis said they would give me ONE free one day of my NEXT rental. Car left winder wiper was not working proper, Not a good trip"

"I will never rent with Avis or its sister companies again. Last several rentals, they’ve tried to up charge me for fuel when returned full. Make sure you check your receipt and card after return. Thank goodness I take pics of dash on pickup and return."

I would have normally given Avis 5 stars as they have always been good to us. Update: Avis was very receptive to my experience and made it right. Actually went above and beyond. Thank you for adjusting the bill and being very fair. I didn't asked for anything but reimbursement but you guys made everything right. You don't find that kind of treatment in business these days."
