"They don't like new people. Walked in & sat at the bar and put my Moose membership card on the bar. The bartender went around to everyone already there to see if they needed more drinks. Fine. Then proceeded to empty the dishwasher in front of us, never acknowledging us. Very rude. No "I'll be right with you", nothing. Not like she was busy, but apparently emptying the dishwasher is more important than waiting on members who have been sitting at the bar for 15 minutes already. There are plenty more lodges in the area, I do not recommend this one."

"This is still considered “ the little moose” But yet the member numbers are growing. There will be those few people that complain about waiting for food or waiting at the bar for his three iced tea with lemon but I will say this; this little club has a huge heart, a huge family feel …… total Cheers vibe once you become a regular and the new members feel immediately welcomed Can’t beat the happy hour pricing, food deals , and friendly atmosphere……. So while this little moose builds bigger then it was prior to a pandemic and historic hurricane Ian ……. There will be a little bit of growing pains and getting use to ordering more and having more members ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

"On the plus side, the food is decent and inexpensive, as are the drinks. People, including staff, are friendly. However, the place seems to be poorly run. There is no table service for drinks, so you have to stand in line at the bar for what can be up to 15 minutes just to order them. If you're smart, you will pay for them in cash. Otherwise, you'll stand in line another 15 minutes to settle the tab. The bar seats at least 20 people, but frequently there is only one bartender. The place seems to be chronically understaffed. I have been there several times when the excuse was people didn't show up for work. Today, three of us went to lunch, ordered drinks and food at the bar and waited 90 minutes for our lunch to arrive (we left before it did). The staff offered no apologies. They just complained that they were the only ones working that shift: one bartender and one cook. This could be a great little place if management would get its act together. They are in competition with a lot of similar establishments in Cape Coral, and they don't measure up."

"It's called the little moose. It's not little but the big moose is really big. This Moose is an enjoyable place to have cocktails and a few beers. There was live music Friday. The bartender was very friendly. The crowd is happy. We also had a free Thanksgiving dinner. Membership required for entry. It has sufficient parking. They were having a darts tournament on Friday, also."
