"I rarely leave google reviews but after my last vist I feel I have too. I've been a member for a year and a half. I've had the luck that most of the time I have visited the range there's been a young range officer who is very friendly and customer service oriented the young fellow is great ! However there's been a handful of times wherein there's been an older gentleman range officer who is VERY RUDE and SARCASTIC. All the times Ive gone to the range and had to interact with this old guy I've had to bite my tongue. The only reason I have not gone off on this guy is because he looks very old. This old guy would be the reason I will not renew my membership. They need to get rid of him asap ! Replace with the younger gentleman permanently. Also, the place is very very expensive more so than many other ranges but looks pretty nice."

"I came in with my dad so he buys a pistol and i was interested in getting one myself, however the blonde lady at the front was very rude and made it difficult during the process. After the treatment we received I decided to look for a gun somewhere else and it is a shame because my dad’s friends were curious about this place. Definitely will not recommend going there from now on.."

"I was here for the first time to pick up my order that I made online and the experience I had with the customer service there was very unpleasant. The gentleman at the front was understanding and offered to help, however the lady that worked with him was extremely rude and made it difficult to finalize the process. She thought she knew it all and refused to look up more information about my issue. I am assuming that she did not like the fact that i didn't buy the gun directly from their store.. so i wouldn't recommend going to that store. As a note to the owner, you have lost 8 new customers not including myself due to her behavior, as me and my friends were thinking of becoming regulars."
