"Just letting you know when you pay around $700 for quick processing, it does not work like they claim. They will tell you fill up the form and call them for sign off, but they don’t have anyone to answer the phone or sign off. So you cant deliver to FedEx because you are waiting for them to call you and can’t print until they do. They don’t give timely service or and have anyway to reach them. Frustrating and waiting all day and no answers!!!"

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1st of all go through the post office and pay the $187 with them to get an expedited passport within 4-6 weeks. This business is a SCAM!!!! and a waste of time. Its been 5 weeks and i have yet to receive my passport and I am suppose to travel in two days. Customer service woman who seemed very annoyed that i wanted to know whats going on was very rude, in he middle of me responding to a question she cut me off on put me on hold for another 20 mins after waiting on hold for 30 mins before being connected. I got 1 email update throughout the entire process. Well now I know the dead can wait but lets see if i can still get my passport before this funeral."

"In went to Fedex to get my passport renewed. I did not know they use a third party to process the passport. In this case it was Rush My Passport. They guaranty renewal within 6 to 8 weeks so I went ahead and pay $181. They did not bother letting me know the status of the renewal so I checked with them after 6 weeks and 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, when I checked with them, they told me that it was delayed at the state agency. Thank you for not warning me. I obviously needed my passport back to travel and they were not going to help me so I requested a refund and went on dealing directly with the state agency and paying an extra $60 to get the passport rushed. After 2 weeks of not hearing from Rush my Passport, I call them and they told me that the refund was not a guaranty and that they needed 4 weeks to review the case. I let the public make a judgement for themselves, if they want to use this service or not. Good luck."
