"Very well controlled by security. Everyone is screened before allowing to enter. Once inside, you are given a number when you verify your appointment. Waited about 25 minutes, was really early for my appointment and they still got me through. Staff is super professional. Highly recommend this place. Remember to bring everything in cash. They do not accept credit card."

"This is The BEST Passport office EVER! No better yet, the BEST Government Office experience I've ever had. Plenty on parking, walked right in and was greeted by a very helpful security guard. Was given a number and within minutes was being helped by Gretel at window 1. She was super nice and very helpful guiding me through the potentially daunting passport process. She was patient and knowledgeable. A true professional. Angie came over to take the photos and also had a cheerful and helpful attitude. I asked myself: "Am I in a Government Office?" The whole process took less than 15 minutes and was painless! Just bring CASH, as some transactions cannot be completed using Credit Cards. They will make you a money order for just one dollar. If everything government office had employees like these, the world would be a much better place! Kudos to the staff at The City of Coral Gables Passport Facility. They are a solid "10!""
