"Toured a unit for sale here. Unit; and, property itself photographs SO much better than the reality. Rundown, undergoing major renovations, not mowed or trimmed, neglected road and parking pavements. Unit ceiling paint chipping and peeling (moisture?). Appears to have once been a nice place."
"Quiet atmosphere, friendly people! We felt at home while we where there. Two very nice pools, bay access, and two laundry buildings. The condo we stayed in was tastefully decorated and very beachy :) We were just a short drive from several favorite beaches. Pass A Grille was among my favorites! We will definitely look into staying there again with our family of four next trip!"
