"Jun 14, 2023 This is a such disorganized place, my brother in law went to do renew some benefits and the lady at the window scream at him saying he did not have the username and password because he was not paying attention to her while she was talking to him because he was on the phone, mins later she found it in his file.They have never provide this information to him before. They need to get professional people with good manners that know how to treat people the right way. I would never come back here and don't recommended this place."

"i'm giving them a two for Staff in reception area that are welcoming. this location is good for people who need to file paper work with government office like family and children. for Immigration translations and other paper work my advice is go to a place that gives free consultation before you spend money on not giving you the correct information on something so important as going to immigration interview, use place in our community that are really there to help like Catholic Legal Services of Miami/or Hispanic Unity of Florida, Inc. in broward that offer free legal services to community. this office over price people, and when you need to go to use interpreter for immigration appointment the person that gets send to go is in space not even paying attention. go to people that really want to help for free and not just for the money. safe your self the money ,and headache."
