"They are really unprofessional. The one who talked with me at Whatsapp are rude and impolite, but still I schedule an appointment with them. I attended the meeting on time but the staff did not show up, and I waited her for 15 minutes! Later I received an email that I did not attend the meeting and asked to schedule another one, which is truly absurd and I have to say I am luckly that I have not yet paid them. I scheduled an interview with Kim Kamille Cabusas on at September 28, 2022 12:00 (Singapore). P.S. Three weeks has passed since I replied the company and no one has contacted me. I noticed someone at the comments section below also stated that his consultant did not show up at the meeting. He got the same reply as me stating that they can't find us at the record. It's a joke, and the only thing that is true that the company care nothing about you. They always lies!"
"I rate 3 stars because at least this company is honest. They refund money if your case is not successful. However, I don't like the way they support their customer. No updating process. They only sent me the update from DOL website monthly. They don't answer your case individually. I spent 9 months waiting for Labor Certification but got denied which is wasting of time."
