"The worst service ever and they don’t deserve even a star!!! Please do not book your appointment here as it’s a waste of your time and money. The lady security guard acts like she owns the place and she’s extremely rude and arrogant she needs to be replaced along with the dark skin French lady. The staff has no idea of what is happening and will not help you with any questions. The French embassy needs to do something about their Miami office. Extremely poor service, disrespectful and unprofessional. We will never be returning there for sure!"

"They didn’t take my photos and took their pictures. I paid and at the end the French embassy didn’t take their photos. Now I have 3 photos that no body wants to use... I cried!!! I feel used! Because they are not professional. Never take photos there! Bring your own photos. Also I printed colorful form and appointment documents. They charged me for their print black and white. When I asked them why did I print, they explained that in case their system is not working………. They just want to make money on people! I wouldn’t put even a one star."

"I was there on January 3rd 2023 for France Schengen visa. Everyone was friendly. The gentleman was so helpful and professional. I'm expecting the passport back on Friday or next Monday. The 1 star reviews with negative comments? I don't think they are bad."

"DO NOT waste your money and pay for services with VFS Global Miami. We paid $875 for a silver expedited service on a UK visitor visa. We applied 8 weeks prior to our scheduled travel date. We were told we would receive our response within 15 days. 7 weeks later, we have not received any response (approval or declined). Since we are scheduled to travel in 3 days, we asked for our passport back and a refund for the services that they clearly did not provide. They told us we could not have our passport back or a refund - we had to continue to wait for an answer from the UK embassy. Only when threatened with further action did they reluctantly give us our passport back. This company prays on the anxiety of a traveler wanting to confirm their visa for a planned trip by paying for priority service. Please do not waste your money falling for their scam."

"A lady and a man received us and they were very nice. I had everything I needed, organized, and I think she was in a good mood because of it. I can tell they are very strict and like things how they are supposed to be, but they are nice so just make sure you are prepared and your documents are in order. Also, don’t be late. I got a message that our visa has been processed by the consulate and it’s been just one week. Thank you so much you were a breath of fresh air in the middle of the stress"
