"I drive to the address in Coral Gables. It is a Regus Office. I called Regus and they had someone from the visa company come out to meet me. He said all of the work has to be done online. Nothing in person. He explained it is $550 for the visa and you need airplane tickets in advance. The only other choice is to go to Washington DC and it is around $175. If anyone else finds a better way let us know."

"First off if dealing with this office you have to be aware they have a policy where they will email the requirements or visit their website for instructions on the visa. At first I was taken aback because they said they do not take walk ins for China visas. I had gotten many visas before and the process wasn’t long. I gave my email and within an hour I had all the requirements for a business visa and after reviewing it all understood why they have this policy. The process has completely changed and is much more complicated and time consuming than I thought. The new application is too long and asks for everything but your blood type. Worse, it has to be done online and cannot be corrected once you finish it. They made me very aware of this and is partly why they do it for you. I provided them with a handwritten version of the application they gave me. I was then called to make an appointment to “finalize” the form which we did. We made an appointment that fit my schedule for being without my passport and got the visa done within that timeframe. Given how the process was before the pandemic to what it is now, I am grateful that this company was around.. without them I definitely wouldn't have been able to make my trip."

"Needed to go to China for the Canton Fair and had no idea the process of getting a visa or how complicated it had become. When I called the first thing they asked was whether the fair had given me the invite which no one told me I'd needed. They then proceeded to send me via email the information which was a lot more than I expected. However, they worked with me on completing the consulate's ridiculous application (8 PAGES) and once we got that completed my visa was completed in time without any issues. At first I thought their fees were expensive but then when they called me to come in and finalize the process I got a thorough understanding of what they do and I couldn't be more grateful.
