"Was a pretty poor experience start to finish. We knock on the bookcase multiple time until a dude at the lodge had to go up there to see if anyone was running the bar, and then he bricked the door open. G ,the server, had a bad habit of taking half the tables order then quickly leaving before everyone finished. Then during the night they gave our table a free shot but only 3 drinks for four people so that was awkward. Finally If your paying with cash, that might be a problem, because they shorted me 30 cent without a single word as to why. My friend say it is usually better, but this was my frist time and I'm never going back."

"Fantastic experience. My wife and I did not know what to expect but what a pleasant surprise. From the Knocking on the false bookcase and giving a password to enter to the incredible ambiance of the bar and seating area. The place has soft lighting and a very laid back atmosphere. Don't know what made it smell so good inside but keep doing it. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I can highly recommend a visit. It's not loud , the music is low and soft enough there is no struggle to speak with your guest or in my case my wife. There are some stairs to climb so keep that in mind if you have a mobility issue. Again a great time spent and a great surprise to find here in Ocala."

"This is such a great speakeasy! Hidden behind a book case at the lodge. This has a traditional speak easy feel. If you can’t decide, the bartenders will ask you what you like and make you a custom drink. The drinks are average prices for a hidden speakeasy and it’s totally worth it. I cannot recommend the Anti-Monopoly Drug Store enough."
