"Application process to get a passport was fairly easy. However, the staff at this location was very rude & not helpful. First off the front desk guard was playing games on his phone and got annoyed when people walking in asked for help. Second the lady working on my sons application was extremely rude, she kept making smart and rude remarks. She even yelled at my 2 year old for wanting to say cheese for his photo. There was 1 line on my application that was wrong and she tried to make me go to the back of the line after waiting nearly 40 minutes even though we were told there was so line. Very unprofessional!!!"

"8/2/22 The ladies in the marriage/passport section racism shows well. I was sitting in the wrong section bc the security guard wasn't at the desk to guide me. They catered to this guy that was their skin color and he walked to the counter numerous times. They smiled and was so happy to help him. Clearly, I was in the wrong section and with attitude,they guided me to the office where I got the ticket. The ladies in that office was the friendliest ever. I told them they need to rub that kindness off on their coworkers."

"Excellent service! We had an appointment for a passport on Monday morning. When we get there we entered a code we received to check in and was called in 5 minutes. The lady at the desk was nice, polite and helpful. We were done in 20 mins."

"I have been to this office to get a marriage license. The clerk that processed the request was absolutely adorable. I am still very thankful I needed to get information about taxes and even though I had to wait in line when it was my turn, the clerk that gave me the needed information was very knowledgeable, very polite and very efficient. I went to the office to get guidance on how to find information in the public records. A very kind, capable and knowledgeable person explained to me how to access records online. I have been to this office many times for several reasons, and have yet to feel that the service can be improved. In my personal experience, the service has always been outstanding.
