"Great office! Everyone is friendly and helpful which considered as something rarely found nowadays. The process is fast. So lucky that this is the closest office to my house."
"The facility is very nice and the ceremony was GREAT! However, there were a few employees that do not resemble the welcoming and supportive attitude that citizens of our country should demonstrate. The tattooed security personnel was still extremely discomforting and confrontational. Also the masked gentleman verifying ID at the table was pretty rude. Instead of prefacing the questions should be answered with a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’. He arrogantly corrected my wife when she said yea instead of yes. I understand that these are legal terms that need to be used, but his response lacked tact in choosing the right way to converse with people. This is america’s doorstep, we should be more welcoming than that."
"What should I do to find out if my wife still has her green card active? She became green card holder many years ago(about 35years), since we moved to another country and had our son the situation got a little difficult to come back every 6 months so we assumed that she has lost her green card and the condition as resident. Please advise I greatly appreciate."
"Today, October 10, 2023, my appointment at 10:40 am experienced a bad treatment by the security man at the door. The man who has tattooed his arms. He acted in an arrogant, hurtful, and challenging way, treating me as stupid when he asked me for my ID and he did not give me time to open my wallet that was in my hands when he ask again in a high tone. He made comments such as "working with the public is complicated", to which I answered "with you too." On the way out I wanted to look his nametag but he was not sitting at his job, because he was talking to the body scanner officers. It is not the first time that this man gives bad service at his door. This message is for you security men: "If you do not like your work, if you are stressed interacting with the public stay at home cooking, I have met officers with high rank and better position than yours and they have had an excellent attitude. You are arrogant as a person, not because you are a door security guard.""
"I want to say thank you to all the employees I encountered today at my appointment. Immigration office or government office in general isn't known for their nice people. But everyone at this office was really kind and respectful. From the officer at the main entrance who gave us information about what to do and what to expect when we were waiting in the line outside before the building was even open. And then officers at the bag inspection. I accidentally took my pepper spray key chain. I thought I was gonna get in trouble for sure, but they kindly told me that I could take it back to my car, and I asked them to throw it away as I didn't wanna get back in the line. And she even apologized for throwing it away even though I asked her to do it. And then the man at the main desk who gave us our ticket, very nice and efficient. The gentleman who interviewed me was exceptionally kind and welcoming, thank you for being wonderful and thank you for your service. No one is trying to intimidate or be rude to you for any reason. And then the ladies at our ceremony were all very sweet. This is the best experience I have ever had in any service industry so far. My interview was at 7:30 and the ceremony was completed by 1030, which was not planned, but they held it for us because many of us passed the test. And the entire process from start to end only took a month to complete. It's very fast and efficient. And the kindness of the employees at this office made the whole experience even better. Thank you so very much!"
