"The home is holding up well since moving in over a year ago. No electrical or HVAC problems to report. However, my biggest complaint is the infrastructure is poorly maintained. Street light poles are still leaning over one year after hurricane Ian, the private streets are cracking with fissures forming and potholes everywhere. Property taxes are paid mostly to government entity River Hall CDD but they do nothing about it and always point finger at land developer Greenpointe. There's a serious failure of centralized public works maintenance agency to oversee the private community we pay Hampton Lakes HOA dues to Evergreen and the HOA Board is dominated by Greenpointe so there's a serious conflict of interest. The community is not being kept clean and nice looking. They are allowing the streets and light poles to remain unsightly."

The neighborhood is great Kevin has been phenomenal to work with regarding any items that have come up during our first year. Overall, Hampton Lakes has been a great community for my family, we are excited to see the finished product in a few years - The only feedback I can share is it kind of sucks not having guest parking and having to pay for guests for the community pool."
