"DO NOT BUY A PULTE HOME! This builder is dishonest and does not care about their customers. We have moved into our home roughly 2 months ago and have a house that is still covered in blue and green painters tape for countless items that need to be fixed. Pulte requires a 10% downpayment and then takes over a year to finish your home with no regard to how this impacts their customer. In a high interest rate market, holding 10% of a downpayment cost you potentially thousands of dollars in interest from a high yield savings account. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE look elsewhere if you are searching for your forever home"

"Please don’t waste your time and money building with Pulte. They have been building our house for over a year now while holding on to a mandatory 10% down payment. Progress on the property is painfully slow and the overall company is extremely disorganized! Blame is pushed to multiple parties for delays but upon investigation you find out that the only party to blame is Pulte and their lack of organization. Theirs a lot of other builders in Babcock building great houses and sticking to their contracts. Our advice is look elsewhere in the community."
