"I brought a guitar in that needed the bridge replaced. The original one had cracked on either side of the saddle, and was unplayable. I provided them with a new bridge from the manufacturer, and also asked if they could make me a new saddle out of whatever bone they had. Mark informed me that he had 2 other guitars being built and he was working on a banjo as well, so I had no timeline of when I needed the guitar back by; A week later I was playing it again. New bridge, new saddle, and a killer set up as far as action goes. Mark sent me pictures each step of the way. Old bridge removal, new bridge being glued on and clamped, new saddle and all of that. All in all, costumer service couldn’t have been better, and the quality of work is better than what the original manufacturer could’ve done. I’m blown away, and he’ll be my go to luthier from here on out."
