"Timberman Roofing proved challenging to reach, with difficulties in communication despite multiple attempts through voicemails and text messages. This raised concerns, especially when a prompt paid invoice for a substantial amount exceeding 17K was not received, despite the funds being deducted from my account. Waiting for over a week heightened the unease. Additionally, efforts to discuss leftover materials went unanswered, and the roofing work was conducted using flashlights, falling short of expectations. However, I must acknowledge the efforts of Austin, who went above and beyond to showcase the quality of the roof. This positive experience with Austin is noteworthy and brings some reassurance to an overall unsatisfactory situation. Regrettably, the inspection company provided by Timberman Roofing for the "free" roof mitigation scheduled on Jan 15th did not show up, further diminishing the satisfaction with the entire process. Based on the mixed experience, I would consider Timberman Roofing with caution, taking into account both the communication challenges and the commendable efforts of Austin."
