"Terrible customer service. I walked in for a mani, pedi, brow wax. There were three techs visible with clients. One came from the back to provide service. I asked for a ‘natural color for the nails.’ She said ‘pick a color from the wall.’ I repeated, ‘just a natural color.’ She said ‘clear.’ I said ‘no natural, like a light pink.’ She said, ‘I told you to pick a color.’ I said, ‘I don’t know which one is the natural tone.’ Needless to say I left without being serviced. Went across the street, near Publix, asked for the same exact request, the tech pulled out a natural pink!!!!"
