"These people do not respect your job. The loading area is a Mess. No explanation whatsoever from the front office, they just tell you to bring the order paper to the loading area and expect you to figure it out by begging someone from the inside to come give you aid. They all seem to dislike their job. Not my problem, but it wastes so much time it ends up being a joke. Never going to this location again."

"This place is a complete waste of money and time . You can order 3 days before and your delivery will be two days late . If you try to go to their store you will be waiting hours cause their employees have no clue what theyre looking for and take their sweet time . Their promotion is “ order and it will be ready in 2 hours “ that is also a lie and a false advertisement lawsuit waiting to happen .. they have bought almost every other supply business to monopolize the supply chain but failed to me their promises … i have wasted days of payroll a bunch of times having guys out on the jobs and this HD failed to deliver at all on the day .. i advise you not to believe their delivery dates , i advise you not to go into the store to purchase unless you have 3-4 hours to waste time !!!!! Overall this place is an embarrassment to the brand and a loss to the merchant … stay away from this place they never have truck drivers or competent people…."
