"Last week I sent in 4 Makita cordless tools to the Makita Service Center in Pompano Beach Florida for repairs. This consisted of a circular saw, a reciprocating saw and two hammer drills. They called me with an assessment of what needed to be done and quotes for each tool. By the way, there was nothing wrong with the reciprocating saw which I suspected but I just wanted to have it checked out anyway because It was several years old and subjected to lots of tough use. All the necessary repairs were performed to the other three tools and completed immediately. I paid by credit card and all 4 tools were shipped via FedEx and were at my front door the very next day! Now they are all in brand new working condition and I'm really impressed! Not only with the speed with which they were serviced and shipped but also the communication from Juan and Mitch keeping me fully informed every step of the way. My expectations were totally exceeded!"

Went into this location for a estimate and the gentleman at front was very helpful in resolving the issue didn't even have to leave the tool, even replaced the clips that was missing from the carry case. "I use my Makita tools daily and had an issue with my multi-tool that seemed to burn up (motor) one day. I use these tools and buy these tools because of their warranty (rarely used but great for the in-case circumstances). After contacting customer service, I was told that if I send the tool, they will assess the issue. I sent via fed-ex and received a call the next day (on Friday). I was told that it appeared to not be under warranty but when I explained that I had purchased the tool within the warranty period, the customer service rep asked that I forward the email. I said I would after my work day was over. Honestly, it showed up the very next day-YES, Saturday! Wow! I used to use a local dealer; however, with this kind of service, I will NEVER use them again. Straight to the manufacturer is the way to go! And, to top it all off, my tool works absolutely amazing-even better then when it was NEW!!! Thank you!!! The reason I also continue to buy and use Makita is due to several years ago, I accidentally sunk my truck with my tools inside (I was backing my boat at a neighbors boat launch and 'slid' all the way in). When I contacted Makita, they replaced my ENTIRE set. What a great sign of customer service and pride! I can't say enough about the quality of the tools and EXCELLENT customer service!!!!"
