"I am very upset with the extremely poor customer service at this 34th Street location. More specifically a confrontational, arrogant, disrespectful employee named Justin. His poor attitude and the aggressive, condescending way he speaks to customers, as if they aren't standing right in front of him, is appalling and should never be tolerated!!! This is not an AutoZone I would ever visit again, as Justin is an extremely poor reflection of the companies usual sterling reputation for proper customer service. I had to look at the signage again just to make sure I was even in an AutoZone! The manager brad is clearly aware of Justin's consistently incompetent behavior and does nothing!!! Starts at the top brad! Aggressive employees with smug, sarcastic attitudes should not be tolerated!!! Unfortunately Justin's disrespectful behavior is the normal and not a one off. You know the well is poisoned causing a poor environment with negative energy, when Other employees helping me (as Justin wasn't even assisting me, just running his mouth as if I couldn't hear him) agree that their own stores customer service is, in fact, overall, horrible, more specifically Justin's. Nancy and a new fellow were polite and understanding to my anger to Justin's consistently rude behavior, as they said they have tried to talk to him about his horribly poor customer service. Justin is the kind of person who seems to want a physical altercation and certainly goes out of his way to provoke one. The one silver lining, if you must go in, see Nancy, she understands proper customer service and respects customers, unlike Justin. One bad apple ruins the bunch!"

He even tested my alternator after it was installed without me asking. I'm very grateful for the service I received from Bob & the other staff here who were all very friendly. Thanks again!"
