"This review is regarding their customer service. I went to the store yesterday for a return. Alexis, a team member and CSA supervisor helped me with the process. I had not kept the receipt, but Alexis was able to locate the information and process the refund. She was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and patient. If you have to visit this store and need EXCELLENT customer service, make sure to look her up!!!"

"Terrible product and customer service! They sold us their NuCore product on the premise that it was the easiest & most durable vinyl product with no requirements for an underlayment and fully waterproof. With said information we had a PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER install the flooring. Not 6 months later, ALL of it is coming up and I need to replace ALL OF IT. I contacted the warranty, after which an independent inspector came to inspect the floor. He told us he makes a living off of how many people have issues with NuCore and his conclusion was there was no moisture issue - the problems came from not installing an underlayment! THE STORE SOLD US THE PRODUCT SAYING WE DIDN'T NEED ONE! Needless to say the warranty rebuffed our claim and we're out $10K. I will be reporting fraud to my credit card company and contacting the Better Business Bureau."
