"The owner I believe Keith or person that works there. Soo rude. I remember a couple years ago I went very pregnant to get a color swatch and he told me to leave because I had no mask. I simply replied “I can’t wear one, I am very pregnant and can’t breath with it on. By the way it is not a law to enforce one to wear it.” 3 Years later I call and ask for a paint. So rude, I was reminded of that guy, I said “I think that’s him” then I look at reviews and boom people had the same response. He isn’t going to make good business I’ll tell you that. I’ll be going to the Benjamin Moore I always used to go to in Miami. Hope this helps someone deciding if they want to get paint from this man."

"I got a sample of a Farrow and ball color from this location because they were able to match the UK brand perfectly. Decent service in store but I called the store 2 weeks later (today) to ask a few questions about sheens and prices before heading over to purchase 2 gallons. Spoke to Keith, He was rude and very short with me. I thanked him before he hung up in my face. I will never spend my money at this location. I called back to make sure I got his name! I see why the reviews are so low. I would give this store 0 stars if Google had that option."

"Went into the store to attempt a color match. I asked if they could make a color. The associate didn't even come to the counter. Instead, he remained slumped over the back counter and simply said nope we don't have that color. For a place that sells paint, he certainly didn't even attempt to give care."

Here I was thinking that customer service is dead as a door nail, but I called them with a very strange an unorthodox inquiry and they did everything in their power to make sure that I had everything under control! The people on the phone here genuinely know what they’re talking about, not just Joe schmo from down the street looking for a quick buck. Definitely experienced workers, would recommend to anybody looking for advice and or quality paint."
