"Steer clear! It’s places like this that make Amazon and other larger retailers do well. I bought a few items on the 23rd, I want to return some of them today on the 30th (30-23=7. Safe to assume that I thought this was my last day to return ) . They were unopened, I had my receipt, and it was less than $10 of merchandise. The hassle that it caused the store, that 3 people needed to try and figure out if I could return these two small items, they eventually said I couldn’t. Out of principle I rebutted and said that they needed to make it clear that your purchase date and return date both count as part of your seven day window ( so you really have 5 days to return?! ) They then needed to call a manager. 4 people to return less than $10 of items for an unclear policy and a legitimate misunderstanding. Unbelievable and better off somewhere else."
