Dont go to get service for Milwaukee tools here.put 4 tools 25 days ago they told me it will be checked an fixed in max 14 days came To pick them up. 3 of them were not even been checked yet, when i asked why? The guy said they could not Read the serial number because they Are wiped out. I asked to see the tools, What a surprise all the serial number were clearly visible."

I didn't have to wait long , Michael in customer service got back to me the next day. He replaced the kit free of charge including shipping. Very satisfied."
