"I used to love coming to this store for many reasons, one being that they are close to my house. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this particular ace but never again will I buy from them again. Beware, don’t make the wrong purchase because they do not accept returns on tools. I’m sticking with Home Depot, they accept returns on anything. Sometimes you’re not sure what tool will work for the job and if it doesn’t work and you can’t use it, ya have to keep it anyway. Boooo Ace Hardware. With that kind of policy, you won’t be in business much longer."
