"Terrible experience, seems similar to many who have written reviews. Ordered an expensive item, did not get shipped when I was told it would, called to inquire, kept being told there was an issue with the supplier. DK is still selling the item today on their website when its clear they cannot obtain it in a timely fashion. Eventually was able to get a refund after 7 weeks of being told it would be coming in a few days. I then ordered the item from Home Depot and it came right away. Do not advise using this company ever."
"10/10 do NOT recommend. I paid extra for 2 day air shipping. Ive already called because my product didnt come in two days, the person I talked with said they would be refunding the cost of the 2day shipping. Called again,because I still have yet to receive a refund to my account or my product at the door. Customer service wanted to refund me the difference between 2day shipping and ground, and my product will not be here until monday now. Why should I pay for any shipping when it just got sent out today!? This WAS a situation that I needed these parts to finish a house for close..... Will NOT be purchasing anything from here in the future."
"Be aware when ordering from this company they will NOT refund when they find imaginary scratches on the returned item. They will also not respond on the request to return the item and when questioned about the return, refund 33% less than the amount paid as the item was supposedly "discarded" . Not to mention the fact I had to pay $ 15 to return the item which did not fit. Stay away from these folk! Better yet, I just got an email informing me that the 33% deducted from the refund was a "restocking" fee for an item that was "discarded". Duh!"
"I placed an order for an item I had not been able to find locally--little tester paint rollers that I use for touch ups. They're no longer at my hardware store and might even be discontinued, I don't know. The DK web site let me order 8 of them, which I did Nov. 28. They charged my credit card for the items plus shipping. On Dec. 7, they sent an email saying there was a slight delay, and they were expected to ship Jan. 11. About two weeks after that, I tried to check on them. Left a voicemail on their customer serivice line and I got no reply. I emailed and sent a message via their online portal. No reply. Finally, they sent a reply by email that the item has been delayed with a current ship date of April 5. I emailed them to ask that they call me. I wanted to find out if this is just a delay or if they in fact know the item exists. I got no return call. I emailed. No reply. I can get only an answering machine and the occasional email AFTER I contact them asking where is my stuff. After getting the April 5 date, I finally emailed to ask they call me the next morning. No call. I emailed to tell them how bad their service is and that rather than Customer Service maybe they should call themselves Defer and Delay. First, most reputable businesses will charge your card only when they ship the item. They don't keep up with outstanding orders and proactively contact the customer if there's a problem. There's no way any of those dates they quoted me were real. I asked for a refund and did receive that promptly but then my email was pretty blistering. Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this company."
"Order fulfillment took a little longer than I would have liked, but my order was placed during the Christmas/New Year Holidays, so I give them a pass on that. The product was perfect, and their communication was excellent. I would recommend the company and the product to anyone."
