"I've always used Sherwin Williams paint, I think there quality is very good, not their service. I recently bought 2 paper samples (8"x8") for about $7 which I did not use. I took them back (unused) and told them I wanted to return them and buy the paint sample instead (which costs about $9)..I was told they would not refund my money. I am going to paint my house inside and out, (about $3000 in paint) and they nickle and dime me for $7?"
