"The worse customer service. Manager and cashier ladies were very rude when I had made a purchase walked out and looked for the receipt and couldn’t find it, I had made a pretty big purchase. I walk right back into the store and asked to get a copy or a reprint of my receipt. Incase I had to return any items, They were rude and just plain nasty, I was like I wouldn’t be here wasting my time if I had the receipt just give it to me and I’ll be on my way. If you don’t want to deal with people don’t get these types of jobs. Bad Management!!!!!"

"Cashier by the name of Micheal needs to learn proper customer assistance. I walked in the store to return an item that was defective. The guy didn't even say good afternoon after I made the first gesture and greeted him, All he exclaimed was "You exchanging that? I was like no, "I'm willing to get are refund" He exclaimed, "we don't have cash"! I was like, "Sir I used my credit card to make the purchase". From that moment he showed sign that this was another bad seed whose resume got overlooked at are being a friend of a friend who got hired without any experience of customer service so ever. I can obviously tell that he doesn't want to be there are aide service. It's a shame in society our retail stores pick up these cartoons that shows no sign of customer service. They need training period!!!"
