"Came drop off a battery for warranty. Be ready to sit for at least 20 minutes without anyone asking if you need help. There was at least 5 people on the main desk just staring. Then Finally someone came over and didn't even know how to deal with the warranty claim. This is at least the third time I come here and it's the same situation with having to wait. There's no sign or Bell or anything that would tell them that you're there."
