"Had a problem with an old Moen Valve. Someone helped me buy the tool to properly replace it. Part of the valve was stuck inside the shaft. Could not have fixed the problem without the tool they had and the correct valve. There was a regular customer who was like an angel sent from heaven who verbally walked me thru the job. Perfection. I was in a Bad spot until I walked into this plumbing supply store. Thank you Bud Moore"

"I had hoped this would be my new go-to supply house after being aggravated by lack of service elsewhere. However, this last trip I went straight there to buy all the dwv fittings for a new bathroom addition and was shocked at the cost which was twice the Depot price, and I hate The Home Depot. So I returned it and was treated like I was wasting their time. Like I really wanted to blow 4 hrs rebuying and returning stuff I needed. But we're talking about the difference between $300 and $150. And they still screwed up the return and shorted me $5 after doing it twice and charging me 15% restocking fee for wasting my time. Don't need to walk back in there. J.V. gen contractor."
