"I don't know why this store even exists, I've shopped at regal paints for 20 years in lake Worth and I'm surprised to find out this place is owned by the same company. I have never been there and not stood for less than 20 minutes without having someone come out the back and give me an attitude like I've just disrupted their day. The place never has anything that I need so I'm always finding myself traveling all the way to lake Worth, some of the lake Worth. Boys need to come out here and straighten this place out and get rid of the entitled people that run this store."

"Avoid this Benjamin Store! The person at the front desk is just plain nasty. My son went in a few months ago and told me he found them rude. Since my painter has an account there, I went in to ask for a custom color. Rude was an understatement. He made my blood boil. I said forget it, I will come back later knowing full well I'd never return. Instead I went over to Long Paint Benjamin Moore on Forest Hill. Truly nice people and they helped me right away."
