"I don't normally write reviews but I needed to share my experience with PB Plumbing parts.Yesterday my shower faucet wouldn't turn off. I noticed a piece to the faucet that was broken. I called my local plumber and they didn't have the part.Then I went to Home Depot, Lowes and Ace hardware. None of these big retailers could help me. Someone wrote down PB Plumbing Parts and said try them. So today, I left my house to 2501 Westgate Ave, WPB. During the drive over I was thinking, what will I do if they don't have this part. I walked into the store and was greeted by Mike who was working the front counter. I showed him the part and before I could take it out of the ziplock bag, he was back in front of me with exactly the same one. I don't know how he was able to identify it so quickly and produce the exact type and model I needed. I was beyond impressed with Mike and his knowledge. I was in and out of the store in five minutes and the price was so reasonable. Everyone should know this place exist and make it the first stop, for their plumbing needs."

"Never mind 5 stars give these guys 100 stars! I had been chasing down a certain plumbing part with the whole thing getting into a bit of a runaround when somebody told me to check out PB Plumbing Parts and BAM they had EXACTLY what I needed right from the jump! What's more is they just could not have been any nicer to deal with or more welcoming. Some professional parts places you go to if you're not a contractor they kinda talk down to you and don't treat you that nice well these guys are the exact opposite of that. The dude who helped me was Mike who not only was an absolute pleasure to deal with but he also took the time to educate me on the part I was getting which led to him guiding me toward a particular design of that same part which was actually better made and known to last longer as the type of design I was zeroing in on was known to not hold up very well over time and would therefore likely break sooner rather than later so THANKS Mike and THANKS PB Plumbing Parts you guys ROCK!!"

"I had to recently replace my shower cartridge and I went to Home Depot and could not find a person in sight to help so I googled a plumbing supply in the area and Palm Beach Plumbing Supply was my closest option. I called the store and spoke to Mike who was friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and answered all of my general questions. Mike told me to head on in and he would assist me for the replacement of the shower cartridge. Upon entry to the store, I was greeted by Mike whom noticed the shower cartridge in my hand and he immediately knew what I needed. I was more than impressed. With his immediate and accurate knowledge of this piece, he had me in and out of the door in no time. Mike was such a pleasure! What an excellent experience! This is your one stop shop for all plumbing replacement parts with excellent customer service. I recommend to all!"

"I needed to replace a BrassCraft 1/2" X 3/8" OD 1/4 Turn Comp Angel Value which I bought at Home Depot and failed to turn off the water supply. It wasn't more than 2 years old and failed because it was made of plastic. I went to Palm Beach Plumbing Parts to see if I could find a better quality replacement but they had the same BrassCraft value. I was told that they don't make any better parts anymore and plastic was better than brass. I went to Lowes on my way home and found a SharkBite 1/2" X 3/8" OD Comp Angle Stop made of copper, not plastic. I was glad that I stopped in at Lowes."
