I'd still have rated a 4 or 5 except our email exchange had been concerning a 3x6 shower kit with 3x5 panels ( how many were included, were they the 3x5 1/2 inch thick panels, etc.) Stephanie then mistakenly quoted the 3x5 kit and I didn't catch it, thinking of the 3x5 panels. Even with the series of emails concerning the 3x6 kit and Stephanie's mistake in quoting the 3x5 kit, her "boss", whose name I don't know, charged a second delivery fee to correct the mistake."
