"If you are not from the neighborhood, don't use this place. The address is totally wrong. I arrived to the address given here and nothings there. I called them up they told me a different address when I finally understood the address they told me if you're not here in 2 minutes we can not take u."

"Soooo…I never leave reviews on nail shops. I haven’t pulled off yet and thought this was vital. Maybe I had an inexperienced person but I’m super unhappy. You could clearly see I had acrylic on my big toe prior to coming. She proceeded to polish and didn’t fill it in. I stopped her to say that it needed to be filled. She did. Then proceeded to polish. I had to say don’t you have to file around it, clean it up and buff it. They said she did. She didn’t…that’s why I said something. She did it before she laid the acrylic. She started to polish and I noticed a big bulk around the base. She said it’s acrylic. Duhhh! That’s why it was supposed to be filed and smoothed out. So I’m irritated but what’s the point of fussing besides wasting my time and $50. My toes look the worse they have ever looked. I’m attaching a pic for reference. I just wasted an hour and a half and $50 on this. Now I have to go somewhere else and get them fixed or walk around like this. The ladies were super nice though and I did like that."

"Went in at 9:30 am told front I did not have an appointment. She told me she could not take me until 12:30 and to come back. Reasonable since I did not have appointment. Returned at 12:30 only to be rudely told “can’t do you …no appointment!” Typical Miami no customer service!!"

"Wow! Being new to the neighborhood I was very weary about finding a new salon. Adriana and Virgina were so welcoming! They both made me feel like I had been going there for years. The salon was so clean and they practiced all social distancing and covid guidelines 100% I can’t wait to go back! Thank you guys for helping me find my new salon home :-)"

"I am never going back to this place! I gave it two stars because the older woman who did my pedicure did a good job and they were nice people, but I was given a gel set with artificial nail add ons and this was done on Monday and my nails started breaking off by Friday. Literally the part with artificial nails fell off and the base remained on my nails. I decided to give this place a try for the first time and I regret that decision. My nails didn’t even last a week. Terribly dissatisfied."
