"This is my first time writing a negative review about anyone or anything, but I can't just stay silent. I have been getting my nails done for the past 30 years in various salons. This was the first time that I had the most upsetting and negative experience. A person named Viki is beyond rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Besides that, she did a horrible job - my pedicure polish came off on the third day! Nails also were cut crooked. Also, manicure- I was supposed to have jell manicure which usually lasts at least two weeks with no problems. Mine lasted three days. I am not exaggerating! I am still in shock about this experience especially by the rudeness and unprofessionalism. Please save your dignity and money and go to another place."

"I set an appointment for 6pm last night. First as the lady was as doing my nails the skin started to burn from the chemicals. I mentioned it to them and they sprayed water. Then since they were in a rush to close they had two people doing my feet and hands at the same time making me completely uncomfortable. I spent 98.00 for terrible job. Today my nails look like they already need a refill. I’m very unhappy with their service."

"Usually Leah does my nails and they always look great. Once I went to Kitty and she was lovely and did a beautiful job. Today Jennifer did my manicure, she wasn’t friendly and the whole process was rushed. The hand massage felt like a dead fish handshake. My nails were cut and filed unevenly, polish has bubbles in it and is not applied neatly. I don’t like complaining but I politely told the owner, Lulu that I didn’t like my nails and she filed them and then walked away without saying anything. I waited a few minutes and then found her doing a pedicure for someone and told her I was unhappy with my whole manicure. She called me picky and at that point I just got up and left. At no point did I lose my patience even though the experience was upsetting. There are people working there who do a great job but today was a bad experience for me and I was really disappointed with how the owner handled it."

"This place is a hit or miss. I truly don’t think the estheticians working here know what they’re doing. Or they just don’t care. Common sense would be to make sure your client is satisfied by asking questions if they like this/that. Also, as a professional I would NEVER let someone walk out of my presence with my work not being top notch because after all my work on others is my advertisement. I would be embarrassed and ashamed to let anyone walk out like this. And when I told another nail tech how ugly my nails looked, she didn’t even offer to fix it. She just handed me the bill. They charged me $78.00 for doing NOTHING! Even my pedicure wasn’t done properly. The lady didn’t even dig on the sides to fully clean my nails. Nothing. Looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. Not to mention crooked nails! I won’t be coming back here. I also want a full refund. Where have the good professionals gone? It truly is quantity over quality here."
