"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 30 years. And this location has been in the area for that long. I recently moved back in the area and every time I go there I am extremely disappointed. I know for a fact the people that go there is just for convenience. The worst service ever!!!! They need new owners!!!! They could care less…horrible service"

"This salon WAS the absolute best a little over a year ago. Now it is owned by different people and NONE of the original workers are there. The quality of service has decreased and the prices have increased significantly. I tried to continue allowing the new owners to service me but I quickly realized that no matter what, they were determined to get close to $100 from me each visit. The last time they tried to charge me $80 for nails ($50 for full set and $30 for a very basic design). That was the last straw for me. They will not get another dime from me, a person who was a long time customer (since 2015). WHERE IS T?!?!? She was the best nail tech ever. I need to find the previous family who owned this business."

"Never again! I have been here 5 times and the first services were great. The last 2 times, I had a terrible experience. The first time, one of the employees removed my acrylic nails without the proper equipment, which weakened my nails terribly. I decided to not do any nail polish for the damage he caused. This second time, I went back to give them another chance because maybe I would get assisted by the technician that did a great job in the first times I visited. I ended up requesting to remove my nail polish because when he was prepping my nails, he cut my cuticle and caused me pain. I am never going back."

"I don't know about other people but I've always have a good experience. My nails was beautifully done by my tech. He gave me exactly what I ask for, which was a Dip. I posted pictures to see them, yes those are my natural nails. These are before and after pictures."
