"I love going to Nifty Nails At West Park. I live right across the way from the shop, that’s Convenient, The Shop is Clean and well Kept, The Staff is friendly and the Prices are reasonable. Michael is my manicurist and it’s always a joy to see him, His Humor and Pleasantry makes me laugh. And he is the only one who will cut my ingrown toe nails without me asking, Nifty Nails a Great place to have your Nails done And they have Other Services too. A++ Thank You so Much"

"The prices are great that’s why I keep returning. My very first time going there I had Tom and he was simply amazing. When I returned in the next month, Tom was no longer there and Ana began helping me. She was very intentional and super friendly. When I came on yesterday she was booked as well so I got serviced by Michael and I completely wasted my money. He was very friendly however, I was not able to make it to my event without my nails peeling and chipping from the clumpy gel paint that was used. To be completely honest, I wasn’t able to make it out of the parking lot before having to turn around to ask them to for them to remove all the excess paint that was underneath my actual nails. I got my nails done for a special work event, and I was not able to even show them off after the money I spent. As much as I like Tom and Na I’m unable to return because I don’t have money to just throw away."

"This is my first and LAST time coming to this establishment! I have NEVER in all my life seen a nail salon so filthy... It was quite surprising to see it not bother the owners/employees! I sat down and left… I’m highly disappointed! It was absolutely DISGUSTING! The place hasn’t been cleaned in over how long… poor business management, hospitality, cleanliness/sanitization skills. This is a very delicate time… they should be taking ALL the precautions needed to prevent the spread of bacteria. I rate them a 0 out of 0!"

"Acrylic overlay was not thinned out, so the polish looks like runs past the nail bed unto the cuticle/skin. Thick some place and thin in others. My cuticles look like I chewed with someone else's teeth"
