"I have been a loyal customer to Spa & Nail fever for more than a year. Coming approximately every 2 to 3 weeks to get my nails done. I have always had great service so far. But what happened today truly surprised me. I got a pedicure, and they had to remove my sandals. At the end of my pedicure, they put back the sandals on my feet and I realized the gold color on the top of a big part of one of my sandal was completely gone. It was obvious that someone had spilled acetone on my shoe. When I spoke to the manager about this, he claimed that I came with that damage already. For a place that I had been loyally going to for more than a year, spending over $100 every other week, I felt quite insulted that they would insinuate I might have made that up, and did not even offer any way to resolve this. That was not cool how they handled this. They completely ruined my shoes, and I will not be able to wear them again. The manager was very rude as well, he raised his voice at me when I tried explaining what happened. The whole thing was really unprofessional. He showed the video surveillance but refused to show me the section where my shoes were located, basically making this exercise useless. My friend and I had enough, so I ended up paying for the service and left. I could tell even the receptionist there was embarrassed for the way I was treated. She apologized and said there was nothing she could do. I will not be going back. And for the people who choose to go to this place, please be careful with your belongings. If someone there is negligent and ruins your things, they will not take any responsibility."

"I guess I am not surprised to see how low the place is rated already and I did not check first. The polish changed apparently did not include getting the old polish out of my cuticles. The person who did my nails honestly was quite rude. I do not recommend going to this place for any reason. I thought a polished change would be straightforward, but even that should not be done. I do hope that management will take the poor ratings into consideration, and try to improve their overall quality for the future."

"I would like to share my negative experience of working with this salon, to be more precise, thank God that the experience did not take place... I came to the salon today on October 26, at 9:45, I saw two exhausted employees sitting at the table and working, their faces were it was as if they had been carrying bricks all night, and then the poor people were forced to work in this terrible salon... Entering the salon, I said hello to these employees 3 times, in response they didn’t even raise their heads, and didn’t deign to simply say “hello”... after a couple of minutes I tell them “I have a question, can I please invite the administrator of the hall?” by the way, the administrator was not there during the 25 minutes that I spent there. So, I say, please invite the administrator, I have a question... they raised their heads, off their feet They examined me up to my head, and then began their work... then I sat down on a chair, and thought I would sit and wait for the administrator... but she never came... I say again. “Excuse me, I have a question” they raised their heads again, looked at me as if I was a beggar and had come to ask them for money... I sat down on the chair again... and now it’s almost 25 minutes of my wait, and I say again “ “I have a question,” a female employee frantically gets up from her desk, comes up to me and says, “What do you need?” I tell her, I need a manicure, how much will it cost? she said the cost. I say can we do it now? She says, no later... I ask, what time is later? Tell me the exact time, and I will come.. to which she tells me “I don’t know, just come later, goodbye » OWNERS OF THIS SALON, have you hired people off the street? How can they provide services if they don’t even know how to communicate with clients? It’s written on their faces that it’s like you’re holding them hostage!!!!! REMEMBER, this is a salon beauty in the heart of Miami, and the quality is as if homeless people were hired and forced to work. People, do not go to this salon."

"Worst service ever!!! I take my own cuticle cutter and nail file and it was ok until I caught Vi using her own instruments. I told her “use mine”and she would only to sneakily switch to her own within a few minutes. She kept doing it several times. Completely disrespectful by doing that. Worst nail polish job too. My first was great with Kim, who left. These last 2 times awful and with attitude. Would not recommend at all!!"

"I had a great experience unlike the previous reviews! I went last minute as a walk in due to my nails breaking and Maria did my nails (dip on tips) & someone else gave me a pedicure and they both did an amazing job! Maria was a New Yorker like myself and had and was truly so detail orientated and kind. I was out if there in under 1 hours, which is unheard of!"
