"Don’t waste your money! Terrible service!! But convenient nice location, that’s about all. The nail technician had an incredibly bad attitude because of an error that he made, he rushed my girlfriends nails and refused to fix the problem when we returned. I do not recommend this place to women of class. Customer service at the Nail Venue deserves a zero!! The male nail technicians are literally in the wrong business, women deserve to be treated with care when it comes to personal maintenance. This is NOT where you should spend your hard earned money because it only encourages the staff to continue with terrible business etiquette. Nevertheless, we paid in full and left a tip because we’re respectful and generous! But never again will we return to this establishment."

"I always go to Nail Venue because I have the best service and everyone is very nice, but this time I wanted to thank Ni for the amazing job she’s been doing with my Nails since I’m doing dip with her my nails are so healthy and pretty, My design are always on point and last forever lol she is amazing!! Her sister Tina is so professional and brilliant too, Valentina is very kind at the front desk, Definitely love this place and the environment. 100% recommended!"

"UPDATE: they re-did my nails free of charge after a bad gel manicure. Really disappointed on how my nails turned out. The nail polish is on my skin so it’s bound to peel off easily within the next day or two. I was really hoping this place would be different since it had good reviews."

"The Serene Green Pedicure was really good. But not sure what happened with the nail dip powder.. I’ve had it done at other places and it lasted me for at least a month in really good condition, zero chipping. It’s been only two weeks and some parts are chipping.. not good"
