"THIRD WORLD SALON! I needed a quick fix because I had been too busy with work and I spent two months without a pedicure. My usual nail lady was out sick so I came here because of the proximity to my house. Did I make a mistake. The place is disgusting. Everything looks dated and worn out. The lady who did my pedicure seemed to be in a hurry at all times. Like she just wanted to go back to resting and looking at her phone. She soaked my feet for less than three minutes, never seen that before. She cut my nails horrible, she filed my nails horrible. She used one of those skin softener and put it all the way up to my ankles and my skin was burning. Then instead of doing the right foot first that had the chemical for the longest time she put the chemical on my left foot and immediately started sanding the foot. I realized she didn't know what the hell she was doing. And her tools! Basically she pulled out her tools from an old yellow box that used to be clear and didn't seem like these tools were sanitized. no Hygiene, I doubt the clean the bowl. Also they don't use a plastic bag on top of bowls. The towels were disgusting and worn out. My dogs have better towels. She was very rough and too fast cutting my cuticles. She painted my nails horrible too, I had to take off the nail polish at home. Basically she is a butcher. Avoid this place! Teach the owner a lesson! I paid $25 plus tip for a pedicure. Almost the same price as a high end salon. These people belong in another country!"
"The owners are kind. However this lady who seems like someone dragged her to work there just makes the place look bad and I feel sorry for the owners for having someone like her who has no clue on how to do things. She cut me when she was doing my feet and my hands i have cuts literally everywhere.SHE SMELLED MY FEET BECAUSE SHE PUT SOMETHING INCORRECTLY. She was on her phone a lot and was playing gasolina from daddy yankee IN THE MIDDLE OF PAINTING MY HANDS!!!!! And to top it off I wasn’t able to pick the color I wanted before the service which I’m sorry im not a nail technician but I know I’m not suppose to have cuts everywhere and I know I’m suppose to pick the color myself before the service instead she did and I had to tell her yes or no AND she couldn’t SHAPE NAILS OR color them RIGHT OR DO ANYTHING RIGHT . She was a mess. She made this place look bad! And because of her I will not return !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Such a beautiful, clean spot. The owners are amazingly talented and fast. I was in and out within an hour. Got a full set with gel for only $40 (they were having a 20% off promotion). Highly recommend. Will be back!"
"This nail shop stays busy, but its evident that these ladies take their time and do a very neat and through job. They treat you special and individual each time you go. They ask you ahead of time if you are satisfied with the work. Which is Excellent. They want to ensure you are taken good care of. The prices are very reasonable for all their services. The location is not glamours, but the care, detail and attention you receive is well Worth your money and time. I am satisfied and will continue to return."
"Prices are very competitive, especially for all the detail they do on the mani pedi. I was very satisfied with the person doing my pedicure since I have two bad pinkie toes and she took the time to file it down when most places just barely work on them before painting the nails. The place is decent in cleanliness although I prefer when they place a plastic bag over the salon chair tub between customers. The place had an overwhelming smell of acrylic nails and seating area was stuffy but I felt cooler in the chair (maybe I just got used to the smells). I like that they had a clear sign of all the prices so I don’t have any surprises. They charge an extra $1 for credit card payments so bring cash if you don’t want to pay the extra dollar. The nail polishes are Opi, Essie and Sally Hansen but colors are standard and some look like it has been there a while (the ones by the door) but they have a bunch more behind the nail stations so don’t get bogged down with the first colors you see, walk around to find what you like. I will keep coming back if the nail polish stays since my last place had great service but nail polish was real poor quality. So far I am happy with this place. It is a good value if you count workmanship and product. They have free WiFi and radio music (not a fan of Spanish music but it was a decent volume so I was able to enjoy my Hulu videos without bothering other customers). They have 6 pedicure stations and 9 nail stations. I was impressed with my nail technician when she brought out a card holder, which she creatively uses to help customers prop up their cell phones when they are streaming videos; I thought it was thoughtful and resourceful. Both Mayra and Carmen did a great job. Most nail places don’t talk much but this place was friendly and they even ask their regular customers about their kids and they wished everyone a Happy Easter on their way out. I wanted to take a “before” and “after” pictures of my nails but I wanted to spare everyone from seeing my hideous nails so I am posting the “after” shots only. Unfortunately I had to remove a star because the next day I noticed the nail polish was painted right over the cuticle line so when it dried it crusted and curved. This is going to make it more noticeable when the nails grows out in a week or so because the negative space can’t be transitioned as smoothly with just a clear top coat due to the crude demarcation."
