"My mom and I walked in about half an hour before they closed (which we didn’t know about until we were already standing there). When we walked in two of the staff looked at us like we had 4 heads… My mom proceeded to ask for mani pedis for two people. I understand that can be frustrating. They then looked at the clock then talked amongst themselves then told us it’d be a 20 minute wait which we were fine with. My mom had brought a drink from home and she accidentally knocked it down when we were going to sit down. I walked around trying to find paper towels to clean it up when I bumped into another lady who worked there. I asked her where I could find paper towels and she told me where they were in the rudest way. I tried to clean up as much as I could but I ran out of paper towels so I went to find more but by then that same lady was already cleaning it up with the absolute nastiest attitude. I felt really bad about the time we arrived and I understand how frustrating the mess can be, but I tried to clean it up, and that isn’t the way to treat your customers. It was easier to say they were closed than to treat us such way- they weren’t forced to take us. I’m never going back…"

"The wait was not long. Nails weren't too neat. Good temperature inside. No strong chemical smell inside. Not careful with electric file, it cut into my skin."

"Poor quality! Do not waste your money. I don’t recommend this place. Seems like people who work there are not well trained to do the nails. I got my nails done on Wednesday and they were breaking and coming apart by Friday. You can do even better job at home buying a self kit."
