Just make sure you're prepared to wait after your scheduled appointment time or you will have to pay the $10 booking fee to reschedule for another day, even if you have to reschedule because the tech went over your scheduled appointment time. I spoke to the nail tech directly (face to face in person) to reschedule for the following day at 9am, when I showed up she wasn’t there, My problem isn’t the waiting, it’s the fact that I was there on time for an appointment I had to paid for and came the next day because of the miscommunication, not to get them done again. I’m just not going to pay another $10 for booking and the same thing happens again."
