Van’s Nails

"I went to Van Nails this past Tuesday after working an 11 hour shift to get my nails done. I was looking to get them done without a long wait so I was accepting of the first available. The lady sent me to this guy Tony at Nail Station #3. He was so rude. As I sat down at his station, I simply said “I’ve had a long day and tired, you good?” He jumped out of his seat, flailing his hands at me, and told me get out of his chair and find somebody else to do your nails along with a whole bunch of other language I could not understand. Apparently, without clarifying first, he assumed I was asking if he was good with doing nails. I gladly removed myself from his chair as he walked around still speaking aggressively in his primary language. Thanks to Natalie, with a kind heart, apologized for him and she filled my nails for me. Tony’s behavior and attitude was definitely unacceptable. I did not appreciate that nor do I condone it and I will think twice about going back there. I am a professional and work in management; this would not be tolerated in my office. I advise that nobody should use Tony #3 services. I hope this behavior is not an overall presentation of the salon!! That was crazy. Management I would love to speak to you about this."

"Went for a pedi and I specifically requested someone who really does nice pedis. This is the results I get my toes still have crust and the polish is bulky. She couldn’t get the shape even. I had to keep asking her to file this and that to the point I gave up because I have somewhere to be. Please stop letting just anyone do pedis if they do not know how because they are not cheap and this is a terrible job for $53"

"THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE !!!!!!! THEY CANT DO NAILS AND FEET FOR SH!!T && TONY DID MY FEET HE RUSH UR FEET AND CHARGE JUST TO PUT UR FEET IN THE WATER BECAUSE THEY DONT DO GOOD PEDIS AT ALLL , IM WARNING U NOW THIS PLACE NEED TO CLOSE DOWN .. ONLY THING DECENT HERE IS THE LASHES , WAXES ETC. BUT DO NOT COME FOR NO TYPE OF NAIL SERVICE UNLESS U DONT CARE ABOUT QUALITY!!!! THESE PICS OF MY FEET FRESH OUT THE CHAIR OMG THEY LOOK HORRIBLE IN PERSON !!!"

"I’ve been going here on & off for over 15yrs getting my eyelashes done for the most part everyone including the owners are very pleasant & professional however as far as the nail techs I had one to many with unpleasant attitudes so I go else where to get that done. But I must repeat the owners has always been AWESOME ppl!!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would terrible customer service very rude and rushed while doing my nails. I got a gel manicure on my real nails and pedicure and my manicure with the gel polish is already peeling I came there yesterday NEVER will I come back here."
