"I need to update my review from my previous Google account/review!! I have been here several times, but today was UNSATISFACTORY. I got there at 10, as soon as they opened. I was told someone already had a scheduled appointment, and that they would call me. I waited for the call, but got no call. In the hour and a half that I waited to go back someone else was already receiving service. So I waited until I was told to come have my feet soaked, which was in a tub of colorless water, no jet bubbles or back massage going. I spend my money just like everyone else and I should get what I pay for, or at least what you advertise. My disgust right now is for this regular manicure I got and paid $60 for. It looks like someone with no experience whatsoever did them. Unclipped cuticles and my ring finger is tender to the touch after being snipped so deep. I'm SO UPSET right now! My Valentines Day nails are ruined!! I don't like to cause a scene, so I politely got up and paid, but did not tip. But here's a tip, please hire a skilled nail tech. Respectfully, Ms. Tiff"
