"For a first experience I enjoyed myself here with Cristina,I did a pedicure with spa which includes the massaging of the lower legs while being massaged by the chair and it was great and the staff there where all welcoming and friendly I really felt comfortable and will definitely be returning."
"Great service! She cleaned my cuticles very good and my nails are on point. I will definitely be coming back."
"The worst experience ever. Christina doesn’t listen or understand English very well. She nickels and dimes you and says that she can do things that she isn’t talented enough to do. I would give 0 stars if I could l. I’m actually headed to another shop for them to fix her mistakes. She even tried to charge me for her to fix the mistakes. She’s no good. Phew!!! I will NEVER return"
"This was my first time here and I have to say that Christina is so sweet and welcoming! She did an amazing job with my nails and eyebrows and I highly recommend her. I'll definitely be returning!"
"I called Annie’s hair Salon and asked how much it was for a OPI gel Manicure and a regular pedicure. I was quoted $55 both so I made a appointment with Christina. Although she was rough and cut my cuticles a bit too deep, overall the nails looked good. I gave her a $15 cash tip and paid for the service with my credit card and stupidly assumed she charged me $55. I went back two weeks later for another mani/pedi. This time she wanted to use DND (which is cheaper) even though I told her that that brand never stays on my nails and peels. She told me that if it didn’t last 2 weeks, I would not have to pay for my next manicure so I regretfully let her use that brand. This time she charged me $65 and when I asked why not $55 as quoted she said that she charges $55 the first time and then $65 after that (this was NEVER mentioned to me). I felt as if I had no choice so I paid the $65 and still left a big tip. Turns out that she charged me $62 the first time, not $55 so she lied to me about that too. 9 days later, my nails started peeling badly but it was a holiday weekend so I called her on Tuesday (which still wasn’t 2 weeks yet) and sent a picture of my peeling nails. She told me that they were only guaranteed for a week which is not what she said when she did my nails. I never would have paid $80 for a mani pedi that was only guaranteed for 1 week knowing that I told her that DND doesn’t stay on my nails. She overcharged me, cut me, left polish all over my cuticles and didn’t honor her word. She lied about how much she charged me and lied about her guarantee. I DO not recommend til this business."
