"My mom is an elderly person the lady looked like she was just miserable my mom instead in no manicure just have her nails painted the lady ignored her when my mom would complain she would tell her to relax. Could be a language barrier since my mom does not speak English and the lady barely speaks English. I don’t care what the language is you have to be dumb not to understand when a customer is dissatisfied. Customers always right that’s just the way it is. If you don’t want to do your job then just stay home and don’t get paid. My mom is still in pain!"

I live literally 3 blocks away and I'd rather drive 20min. anywhere else. they are rude! My mother walked in and we had to walk straight back out because they speak to you as if You're asking for a FREE manicure! they talk among themselves and you know they are gossiping about the clients ALL 2 of them !! When i did my nails the last time there, my fingers looked like i had a bunch of chicklets for tips. i gave them the benefit of the doubt today and again Epic FAIL.!! i wish i could write this in mandarin so they know exactly how much they SUCK ! i want my yellow star back too ! You Ma'am SUCK !! Sir YOU TOO, Mr. Sleeping across the seats with no shoes ! GROSS !!"

"Horrible location. Attitude on both employees they do everything like they rushing. I ask for a design on my nails and they ignore my question. I pick the colors they don't have it. Horrible nail shape Nails polish tick. They know they do a bad job and they still don't fix it. Is Dirty, smell bad bad customer service. I will never ever go back. I will recommend to closed that location down or get new owners. minor sleeping in the back not looking good to the business at all."
