"HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I made an appointment for nothing. They don’t have enough personal to take care of appointments or walk ins. One lady cleaned my nails in a rush and with attitude, on top of that she burned me twice. Another lady finished my nails. Basically between 2 persons my nails were done. Gel manicure, a service that should've taken 45 min the most, it took 1 hour and half. Cant play with other people’s time like this! 0 customer service skills!"

The lady that did my nails all the time still there, I see a lot of people come to do nails at X nails. I always come here, she did the wonderful job. Always make me happy here."

"I did not have an appointment, but they took care of me right after i walked in the door. Wooo, It was crowded at the time i came, but there were a lot of nail technicians working in the salon. Therefore, i did not have to wait at all. They were so fast, my pedicure and manicure were done in an hour. The another customer sat next to me, she also said that she has been come here almost 3 years, and she is always happy with her pedicure, and never has to wait. She always passed by at her lunch time, and her pedicure and manicure were done perfectly in 1 hour. After a latino lady finished my nails, even not polish yet. It still looked so beautiful, and clean. She removed all cuticle carefully with a great massage. She polished so perfectly, and she did not need to clean at all, she told me she did nails for 20 years since she was 15 years old. I can tell. They also have a huge new version in gel polish with almost 200 color samples for easy to pick , i like it because i don't waste too much time for picking colors . You can not beat the price $20 for shellac manicure and $20 for spa pedicure!!!! My nails come out so beautiful. Also, my gel polish last almost 3 weeks. Unbelievable. This alon becomes my new spot for nails now. High recommendation."

"Cheap products!! I went in to get acrylic nails and not one person spoke any bit of English! I wanted regular acrylic and I ended up paying $45 for a very similar kind. After 1 day a few of my nails were already lifting on the edges. I went in to have them fixed and they were very nice but now after only a week they are all lifting. They are almost halfway off and look terrible!! The white tip also seems to be changing colors. I also left with multiple cuts on my fingers from the nail file. Very disappointed."
